Hello Dominick, I am not a lawyer and have not reviewed your lease, however if it is a standard lease with no early termination clause set into it by the landlord, then it is my opinion that they CAN
Hi Kathy, HOLY COW..... you were not kidding. Thanks for the photo, a picture truly does say a thousand words. In my opinion, I would certainly think that "good" owners would just bite the bullet
Is your lease up yet? If so why not just move? Have you taken my advice to talk with your neighbors yet? You never know.., they may decide to be nice to you. If not, it sure won't make anything worse

Chad, It would seem that 60 day notice would be up by November 30th, IF YOU GAVE NOTICE IN WRITING. You can move out actually any time you like as far as I know.., example is if you move out a few days
