I would be happy to share my resources and/or knowledge of the GRAND CANYON with possible visitors to the Grand Canyon, than it is to say that I would be glad to help people with moving to LAS VEGAS, and seeing the Hoover Dam, on the Grand Canyon Information Area.

Experience in the area

We go to the Grand Canyon as often as we can, and take visitors. We go and have used motels, and the campground there, as well as a few motels just outside the park's South Entrance.

Education/Credentials

Self study about geology, geography, history, and views of the park.

What do you like about this subject?

The Grand Canyon is magnificent. I'd be happy to share what I know about it, and would be happy to share my resources.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I would like to be able to change the information in my Expertise Box! :) It should say that I love the Grand Canyon, go as often as I can, and would be glad to share my knowledge and resources with anyone that is interested.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

The Grand Canyon South Rim is at about 7000 ft altitude, even though it is in arid country. Many people from lower altitudes have to acclimate themselves to the change.
