I can answer any question about any non-sports cards. I have the most knowledge about movie/TV related cards, and wrestling cards. I can find out general info, prices, where to buy/sell, etc.
I have helped many collectors on a similar website and on newsgroups and in person at many trading card conventions.

Amy, These types of cards certainly are collectible. But they are generally hard to find out about because they are considered giveaway cards or promotional cards, and in this case are regional cards
Tina, The Beatles cards you have are from 1964. They were put out by Topps. There was a color set and a black & white set. A complete 60-card set in near-mint condition is worth about $450-$500. Single
Tim, The Batman cards you have were produced by Topps in 1966. A complete set in near-mint condition is valued in the $500-$600 range. Single cards usually sell in the $2-$5 range. The same price range
Dave, I have never heard of the 1959 Topps Wacky Plaks cards as being die-cut. The only die-cut cards that Topps put out during that era that would be close is the Wacky Packages cards in the late 60s
Steve, The cards you have were put out in 1991 by Impel to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the original Star Trek TV series. There were two sets of 160 cards each. This website has a complete checklist
