What do you like about this subject?  Dreams simultaneously show how alike, and how different, we all are. Interpreting for others is a fascinating creative challenge.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  I am currently trying to syndicate my column. I also have enough material for a book. My goal is to make dream translation my full-time job.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  Everyone dreams several times each night, but not everyone remembers them because they finish dreaming before waking up. If you think you don't dream, try setting your alarm 15 minutes early (or get a kitten).
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  Do not place your trust in "dream dictionaries." While we all share some archetypes, the same symbol can have different meanings from one person to another, or even from one dream to another.
