Hi Barbara, You are right it does appear "Front Porch Classics" is out of business. I don't have their rules specifically, but I did find a webpage with a description of the game that can help you
This may not be an exact answer for you. But it may put you in the right direction. One it was probably a Whitman game from the late 60-70's. Similar games are Dark Shadows and Trails to Tremble By
