Something controversial or provocative about this subject  About gemstones found in Tsavo some of them are sold as color shifting garnet / color change garnet but some of these stones are Alexandrite. http://www.brayogosafaris.com/bske0021.html
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  If you love to watch wildlife. Book a lodge that has a good water hole and book for a week or so. Use the vehicle to drive within the park on the first day and the last day. The other days. just stay at the lodge and watch the wildlife come to waterhole. Each lodge has naturalist who can answer any question on wildlife. You will not need to hire guide, vehicle.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  One day to own a camp for family tours who come to stay for weeks, giving us time to develop real friendship with all our clients and second I hope and pray my stone hobby will enable me to educate 50 students at once. This will be lifetime dream.
What do you like about this subject?  I love the wildlife and the nature. The peace and silence you experience in the wild parks cannot be explained in words. About gemstones I myself I come from tribe that has one clan where almost everyone is an artist, so I love artwork.I use these stones to design unique necklaces which I do I donate to support needy bright students.
