What do you like about this subject?

What I love about the game of handicapping is that horse racing is both an art & science which requires a high-level of turf-knowledge to be able to figure out the winner, and the remaining contenders in each race. Each race provides it's own unique set of determining factors as to which horses should win or that you expect to run well and which horses that don't.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

Win all three of the major handicapping tournaments that now exist which are the National Handicapping Championship Finals (NHC), HorsePlayer World Series(HPWS),Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge(BCBC) and become a World Champion Tournament Player!

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

Tournament play has a lot of advantages and edges to it that many new fans, novice bettors & experienced horse players aren't really aware of as it pertains to other forms of gambling, and everyday betting at the track. These advantages range from but are not limited to the following; reduced take-out against the tournament player and large potential cash winnings.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

The National Handicapping Championship Tour & NHC Finals is not yet ready for "Prime Time", which is something I believe a lot of players probably do not even realize! I do have some very good ideas for making the tournament game a better experience for new fans & novice contest players, minuses the pitfalls that currently exist.
