Questions related to proper kinetics and use of body structure to achieve relaxation, posture correction, breathe control, fitness, strength and power. This knowledge comes from over 30yrs experience/practice in Northern Longfist, YangJia Tai Chi Chuan, Ba Gua Chang basics, various types of Qi Gong, such as Swimming Dragon, Hombu Style Aikido and unique developmental exercises derived from these styles.
In addition, general Martial Arts questions and those related to integrity, morality and discipline are welcome. Also, I will answer Iron Palm training questions only. I will not provide teaching material via the internet. It is a highly complex program requiring hands on instruction. I prefer to teach it in person to worthy students. If you wish to know more about myself, then I suggest these 2 pages:

FYI: To all readers of my comments and answers: I've noticed some individuals like to use this as an opportunity to advertise their school instead of focusing on the students question. I disapprove of this method and will not allow it. Any references to schools that assist the person(s) question(s) may stay. I feel this is highly inappropriate behavior for a martial artist.

This material helps me physically and mentally. It shows me that there are alternatives and better ways of doing things. It is a path that we all walk in life. I want my path to be covered with flowers.
All I wish to achieve are two things: 1) to become better at what I am learning, and 2) to have a core group of dedicated students willing to push themselves beyond their limits.
Master George Ling Hu is my teacher. He's one of the most knowledgable & accessible instructors in the US with a background covering a wide range of subjects: Tai Chi, Shuai Chiao, Longfist, Ba Gua, Qi Gong, Character System, Acupressure, Acupuncture and Yoga. He stresses relaxation & complete body linkage. He holds regular workshops with practitioners from all over the US.
I recently spent a yr with a misdiagnosed heart condition that was actually SEVERE anemia caused by a rare form of Leukemia. Blood tests showed my hemoglobin count 1/5 normal. The doctor could'nt understand how I was even conscious. I attribute my ability to live thru this period to past training. My martial arts "savings bank" helped me survive what could've been my death if not caught in time.
