too many to answer
I love helping pool & spa owners around the country make better use of & enjoy their investment more. Our problem solving motto over the years has bee, "There are no stupid questions." Pool & spa care is supposed to be easy, or at least simple. I want to help others do just that AND do it the right way.
There's always something new to learn. Different parts of the country have different needs.
Pool & Spa care is dynamic. No two pools or spas, even side by side, act the same or can be treated the same.
Home-remedies are a pet peeve! Use products the way they have been designed to perform. Some folks want to use household products in their pool or spa. Would those same people use pool or spa chemicals to cook with or do laundry?

Hi Joe, Sorry to take so long to get back to you. I presume you have the Polaris that works without a booster pump? If so, the trouble could be something as simple as: 1. Make sure the filter is
Hi Betty, Thanks for your question. If I were you, I would get the local Marquis spa service person out there. That's always the best cure & well worth the money to figure out where the short is
Hi Al, Thanks for getting back to me. I'm glad to hear that the power is on. Running the pool for about 8 hours daily will be key to maintaining a clean & clear pool until you're there full time
Hi Al, Congratulations on your home & pool purchase. I'm going to assume that the electricity is off until you move in. And with the power off, there's no way to operate the filter system. There
