I will answer any technical question about track and field/athletics. I am a USATF Level 2 coach in the Sprints/Hurdles and in the Jumps. I specialized in the throws for three years.

I have over twenty years of coaching experience. I am a comptetive 400/800/1500 runner.

It is something you can do all of your life.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

As technology improves, the performance of the athletes also improves. It is my goal to keep abrest of these changes.

Regardless of age when you start, it will take from four to seven years of specific training to reach your peak.

You don't have to use supplements to be the best that you can be.
