Experience in the area
I am a certified personal protection specialist working in the Canadian public sector teaching human services professionals (caregivers, hospital staff, emergency service workers), safeguard strategies to avoid getting hurt at the workplace. As someone who has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health issues for over 10 years, dealing with outward physical aggression was part of my daily routine when I was working on-line (I am now in management).
