Experience in the area
I have been studying and doing research on human performance for the last 10 years. In addition, I have developed a training program that is designed to improve aerobic, anaerobic, strength and flexibility capabilities of participants. Currently, I am doing beta tests in the Northeastern region of Pennsylvania to determine the efficacy of my conditioning program for use on both the high school and collegiate levels.

I am member of the World Tang Soo Do Association, United States Track and Field Association, High School Coaches of America, Council for Exceptional Children, Special Education Administrators Association, Pennsylvania School Board Association.

Education/Credentials
I received my Doctorate in Human Development from Marywood University in Scranton, Pa. In addition, I am a certified CHEK Institute Holistic Health Coach specializing in the development of competitive athletes.

Awards and Honors
I was the 2000 World Tang Soo Do Karate Champion. I received gold medals in sparring and weapons. In addition, I earned a silver medal in traditional forms. I have won numerous Master Level triathlons and competed in the Master's National Championship in the 800 meter run. In that same year, I had the fastest indoor time for the 800 meters, 2:00.04, at 40 years of age.

Past/Present Clients
I am currently training for the National Masters Triathlon championship. In addition, I train many local high school, collegiate and professional athletes.
