Expertise: I can answer questions regarding efficient effective methods for aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. In addition, I can counsel anyone from the beginner exerciser to the fitness professional.
Experience in the area I have been studying and doing research on human performance for the last 10 years. In addition, I have developed a training program that is designed to improve aerobic, anaerobic, strength and flexibility capabilities of participants. Currently, I am doing beta tests in the Northeastern region of Pennsylvania to determine the efficacy of my conditioning program for use on both the high school and collegiate levels.

Education/Credentials I received my Doctorate in Human Development from Marywood University in Scranton, Pa. In addition, I am a certified CHEK Institute Holistic Health Coach specializing in the development of competitive athletes.
Awards and Honors I was the 2000 World Tang Soo Do Karate Champion. I received gold medals in sparring and weapons. In addition, I earned a silver medal in traditional forms. I have won numerous Master Level triathlons and competed in the Master's National Championship in the 800 meter run. In that same year, I had the fastest indoor time for the 800 meters, 2:00.04, at 40 years of age.
Past/Present Clients I am currently training for the National Masters Triathlon championship. In addition, I train many local high school, collegiate and professional athletes.
