What do you like about this subject?

It's all about efficient workouts & effective training. Because anything else is not the best use of your time.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

In 1979, Shirlee Fonda brought step-daughter Jane to Gilda Marx's exercise studio in Century City, Los Angeles. The rest, as they say, is history. Richard Simmons opened his own exercise studio because he was "too enthusiastic" at the facility where he was working out. Kathy Smith has done her homework. She has evolved into one of the industry's leading experts.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

The growth of Pilates-type exercise shows the influence of the dance world on the exercise world. Pilates is commonly known as "floor exercise" in jazz/modern dance classes.
