Hi Sherry, It sounds like you are even underweight for your height. Because your body shape is heavier on the bottom, I would recommend that you do weights for your upper body so you will be more symetrical
I don't know anything about World Fitness Assoc. You would probably have to look them up on the web and contact them to see what you have to do. Other associations want a certain number of CEU's in fitness
