I have been a Cubmaster for 4 years and working with a boy scout troop for 3 years. I have developed program which increased popcorn sales from $5,000.00 to over $22,000.00 annnually while strenghthening the Pack & Troop, increasing membership and retianing good volunteers and scouts. I have developed a point system for sales, recruiting and attendance that has made us one of the top Packs in the area.
