What do you like about this subject?  Etiquette is fundamentally about kindess. The 'rules' were put in place so that people would know what was expected and be able to be comfortable around others.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  To help people see that manners are not a snobbish way to judge others or make them feel ill at ease. It's quite the opposite.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  The biggest shifts in thinking come after wars, generally.
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  Some of the most well mannered people that I have ever encountered have had few of the 'advantages' of wealth, education or money.
