these are grading designations not on the coin but what it might be graded,ms means mint state how the coin was when it came from the mint prf means proof coins struck for collectors,cam means cameo contrast

yes there are a few date in that series which are better ,1916-d,1921-p and d and any high grade early date will have some numismatic value,the coins in the 30s and 40 s usually do not except for the 1941
