I can handle a wide range of questions about buying and selling businesses, including financial, strategic, cultural, and legal questions. Examples of questions I am able to answer are questions about valuation, business rationale of M&A transactions, cultural fit and implementation, and contract and other legal matters.
I am currently in private legal practice and also consult with entrepreneurs regarding startup strategy and implementation generally. Previously, I've practiced for two large, well-known corporate law firms (one national, one international) and worked on close to 100 transactions. I also served as General Counsel of a publicly-traded, international oilfield services company. Additionally, I've founded four companies, two of which were sold and two of which remain active today.
