Expertise

As an experienced Travel Agent and contributor to one of the top Disney Guidebook series (PassPorter Walt Disney World), I can answer questions on most things to do with Walt Disney World - the resorts, the 4 major theme parks, and the restaurants as well as the Disney Cruise Line.

Experience in the area

I am a Travel Planner for Mouse Fan Travel and the Editor of PassPorter News. I have stayed at or been to 90% of the resorts, ridden virtually every ride, eaten at most restaurants - both sit-down and counter service. I have cruised on the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder multiple times. I have traveled to Walt Disney World over 20 times and Disneyland once with additional trips planned to both resorts in the next year.

What do you like about this subject?

I'm a big kid at heart and Disney brings that out in me. For me it truly is the most magical place on Earth! My happiest times have been spent there with my family.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I hope to stay at the resorts I have not yet stayed at and experience more of the "smaller things" - the water parks, the spas, etc. I am also eager to experience Disney Cruise Line's new ships and take an Adventure by Disney trip.

Hi Deb,     I love the Poly! The first thing I would recommend is considering an upgrade to a Water or Theme Park View Room. Paying for it is the one way to guarantee a better view. If, however, your budget

Hi Dino,     Congrats on your upcoming wedding! Disney loves a celebration so be sure to let them know you are on your honeymoon. Have the celebration noted on your resort reservation and any dining reservations

2010-12-25 Family trip parks vs cruises:

Hi Amanda,     Tough question! There are arguments on both sides.     At Walt Disney World, there are plenty of attractions that all your children can ride - even the 1-year old can enjoy many! That said

2010-10-24 College Students trip to Disney!:

Hi Alexis,     For three college students, I would recommend spending the extra money and staying at Coronado Springs. The All Star Resorts only offer two full beds per room, pretty tight quarters. Coronado

Hi Peggy,     To get to the Grand Floridian from the Magic Kingdom simply take the monorail. I am not sure of the hours of the Gingerbread shop. When you are done, take a bus from the Grand Floridian to
