I`ve stayed at nine of Disney`s resorts, and eaten at almost all of the full-service restaurants, and can give comparative information based on your personal needs and preferences. My wife and I have, together, visited Walt Disney World dozens of times. We have stayed at almost all the deluxe resorts and have eaten at almost all the deluxe restaurants.

What do you like about this subject? I've been an avid fan of Disney's excellence in customer service since I started my career as an international quality management consultant. The attention to detail and commitment to making each guest happy has drawn be back year after year. I generally respond to questions within a few hours.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field? Walt Disney World is very larger and is ever-changing. I look forward to each visit as an opportunity to learn more about what is already there and to learn about what has just been introduced.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know: Walt Disney World hosts a management school where it teaches the world the finer points of providing excellent customer service.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject Walt Disney World is a wonderful vacation destination for everyone; it is as much a couples destination as it is a destination for families.
