You can take ferry from Ancona, Italy to Split. http://www.blueline-ferries.com/ From Split to Dubrovnik you can also use ferry lines http://www.jadrolinija.hr but it's much faster by bus. Airplane lines

You have old Croatian money called Hrvatski dinari. Since 1998 in use is new money named Kuna .... and bills are 1,5,10,20,50,100,200,500 and 1000 HRK. It's not possible to exchange that money anywhere
Terme Tuhelj are only 35km from airport. There is no direct bus line better Airport Pleso and Tuhelj. You have to go to main bus station in Zagreb and from there to take a bus to Tuhelj. Second solution
