Experience in the area

I worked on the construction site of the first green residential high-rise in the United States, the Solaire in New York City. Since then I have been invited to many green construction sites. Through my company, Greenestate, I advise developers, manufacturers and other professionals on building green. I also wrote the first green architecture course to be accredited by the NY Dept. of State and have delivered green lectures in many venues including an upcoming appearance as featured speaker at the Construction Expo at the Javits Center in September.
