2016-01-05 Kitchens:

We do kitchens and we sell custom cabinets and semi-custom cabinets.  Custom cabinets are built by local mill shops.  semi-custom are purchased from local distributors.  We buy Wellborn and Kraftmaid.

The mark-up is two fold, you have overhead and profit.  The range for the combined O&P should be in the range of 10% to 40% depending on the job size.  A $10,000 job should be in the 20% range a $100,000

A lien is a lien until removed.  It does not have to enforced until the property is sold.  It can only be released by the person that placed the lien.  This is usally done by someone paying the lien amount

develop a spread sheet of actual cost for each person involved for a typical installation and all material costs.  then develop a selling price, a net cost line, a gross and net profit line, etc.  then
