I have over 10 years of experience as a professional engineer and licensed Realtor in Panama. I am fully tri-lingual in English, French and Spanish. I am originally from Canada but living and working in Panama since the canal changed hands (1999).

What do you like about this subject?
Panama is a great place to live and build your ideal second home or vacation getaway. It's been very good to me and many of my friends that chose to make it their home.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?
It is my intention to share my knowledge about Panama and my experiences from working with professionals and trades persons with everyone who is either thinking of moving. relocating or just vacationing in Panama.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:
Almost always, there is more than meet the eye when one deals with laws and procedures in Panama. Public domain information is hard to get and procedures change without prior notice.
