I am a field service Engineer who specialises in kitchen fire suppression, particularly utilising the R-102 wet Chemical, Ansul Kitchen Fire Suppression System. I am fully Ansul trained in Design, Installation and Maintenance of these systems.

I have 2 years experience with my current employer, a UK Fire Protection Company.


I am a member of the Fire Industry Association (FIA) and work in association with British Approvals of Fire Equipment (BAFE). I am fully Ansul trained and through my employer, an authorised Ansul distributor.


Secondary College (GCSE's) and Technical College (City & Guilds).

I take pride in providing a service that protects property and life.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I hope to make people aware of the risks of the kitchen environment and if they have suppression systems installed, how to ensure they are maintained correctly.
