Experience in the area
I have been a retail business consultant for more than 20 years of my 30 years in the business forum. I have consulted with owners with one store and up to as many as 40 stores. This includes but is not limited to; franchise and company operated, multi-units, retail pharmacy, grocery, department stores, convenience stores, auto parts and specialty stores. I have written and presented several seminar type training sessions including: Customer Service, Merchandising for Profit, Understanding Gross Profit, Training the Trainer and Retailing.
