Something controversial or provocative about this subject  My goal is to end puppy-mill style breeding for all dog breeds and the pet store type of sales for animals except fish. I do not believe the AKC has a vested interest in the long term health of the dog categories it assigns because it does not stop forced heat and excessive breeding on small gene pools.
