Something controversial or provocative about this subject  I encourage people to do their homework when it comes to vets. They're not all equal and not all are good. Ask questions. Read up on medications. Avoid steroids unless convinced they're necessary. Be pro-active ! Get referrals to specialists.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  I learn something new every day and don't think that process will ever end.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  Cockers are cute, sociable dogs. They're also very dominant dogs and if it's handled immediately & correctly this can be history in a week. Let it go and it's big trouble.
What do you like about this subject?  I love this breed and want owners to understand how to have a happy dog who's getting superior nutrition and how to deal with veterinarians.
