Cruising is a constantly evolving business, so what was true a year ago, may not be true today.

I have 9 years working in travel, 8 as a Cruise Planners Franchise owner and 30 years in customer service in a variety of roles from cashier to Customer Service Manager,RN to travel agent. Taking care of people is what I do! I take training classes whenever possible, attend ship tours and inaugurals, and travel as much as possible. I try to make every trip I take a new learning experience in some way, whether it is a new cruise line, different type of ship or a new destination.
