The short answer is yes. You will need to check the age policy of the line you are considering, but as long as you are in a cabin with someone over 25, you ought to be fine. Your friends who are both

I would double check with who you booked the cruise with. Every cruise line has a guideline as to when the last flight in will be able to make the ship and this should be your worst case scenario.
2009-04-28 NY to Dover sea crossing, passenger uses wheelchair:
Depending on your timing, this is completely feasible. On the Queen Mary 2, the crossing takes 6 days to Southhampton and then it is just a short ride to Dover once there. Cunard line would be the fastest
