I completed a tradition three year cloistered retreat in the Old School Tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Have studied with Tibetan Masters including some of the Dalai Lama's teachers since 1985.

Education/Credentials
I have an MFA in Writing and Consciousness from the New School in San Francisco.
