I can answer most questions regarding the cast, including guest stars. I can answer all questions regarding specific episodes.
I have seen every episode at least 2 times, I have every episode recorded on tape, as well as a copy of each script from seasons 1 & 2 and a number of "expert" books written about the show.

I love the fact that the show is written and executed in a way that doesn't "dumb down" the viewers. The subjects the show deals with are timely and spoken about smartly, educationally even.
I want to learn about the parts of government and civics that got skipped when I was in high school. As well as what happens when a partian Congress actually agrees on things, as fictional as a television show is.
I grew up about 10 minutes from Washington DC, and during my career in film and television I have been fortunate enough to have worked on the West Lawn of the US Capitol, the North Lawn of the White House and the Kennedy Center, among other historical venues.
I find it interesting that the creator/writer Aaron Sorkin has an uncanny way of addressing subjects within the show, that ironicly become true National/International issues soon thereafter.

It's called "The MId-Terms" and it is in Season 2. Here's the speech/interaction: BARTLET: I like your show. I like how you call homosexuality an “abomination!” JACOBS: I don’t say homosexuality
The only thing that I can imagine is that since Richard Schiff was not a full contract player during the season, they only put him in the credits when he actually appeared. Regarding John Spencer, he
If you are talking about the episode in which Simon Donovan gets shot in New York ( believe it is WE KILLED YAMAMOTO), the singer was (male) Jeff Buckley singing Hallelujah. Ari Hest also does a great
