Troy Downs

I can answer anything about Final Fantasy 7, including explaining the story, helping with hidden characters, and chocobo training. I can answer a lot about Final Fantasy 8, 10, 10-2 and 12. I can also answer a lot about other role playing games, I have not played EVERY Role playing game out there, but if I haven't played it, I want to. I play very few online Games, the only paying online game I do play is Final Fantasy online.

Experience in the area

I am a experienced gamer, I've played final fantasy games for over 8 years and spend most of my free time playing role playing games. I have been playing some kind of game since I was in nappyies. When I was unemployed I would usually spend my 90 a fortenight on nothing but computer games and then complete them within a few days. I have a little experience in MMORPGs but only free MMORPGs. I have some small experience with WoW and FFXI but very little.

Past/Present Clients

I have a number of friends that rely on me to help them when they get stuck on a computer game, friends from all over the world that I have to help by explaining it in great detail, and if I still can not help, I will try to look around and find the answer.

What do you like about this subject?

I Love the amount of different choices with today's Role Playing Games, I love how the creators snare you into forgetting it's a game and make you truly care about the characters.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I always enjoy learning about and playing new RPGs and learning about them. I'm currently replaying Mass Effect on the 360 for the 4th time, with a different character.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

One of the most important RPG games for console was Final Fantasy, it was made as a last ditch attempt by Squere to either save their company from their rival Enix, or go out with a bang. After becoming a huge dominating computer game company, they Later bought out their former Rivals Enix.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

In Japan, a gamer's wife deleted his online character, so he tried to have her charged with murder. Another japanese man after years of playing a MMORPG, managed to get a one-of-a-kind Game Weapon. The gamer leant it to his friend and his friend sold the sword on ebay. When the gamer found out, he went to his friends house and stabbed him repeatedly. ^^' Don't underestimate Gamers.
