What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

What I would eventually like to do is to find the next big adult film starlet. Not just some flavor of the month girl looking simply to pay her rent/car note for that month or any girl who has serious addiction issues. She should be a self confident, money motivated, ambitious, career oriented and driven to become the next big "contract girl".
