What do you like about this subject?  Sharing my heard-earned knowledge and expertise with Teachers and Directors about how to make their jobs easier & better.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  I learn something every day by keeping my mind, eyes and ears open. For as many grains of sand- there are new lessons to be learned in this field. I would like to finish my book on the 'Business of Education' that helps Teachers become successful Directors and School owners.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  Becomming a Pre-School Owner is easier than it would seem. Ask me!
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  You CAN make a decent living in a heart-conscious manner by being a Teacher and still not compromise your personal ethics! :)
