However I can not give tips on Runescape but I can on ToonTown because I play. I can recommend great and appropriate websites that you might enjoy that you don't know of. I can also help with some games from Nick.com, clubpenguin.com, and disneychannel.com. Sorry, no help with anything from Cartoon Network.

Something controversial about this subject is game addiction in kids. I think it is best to steer kids away from the violent games, and more child friendly games. Some are helpful in the future, and I think that children should have the opportunity to play computer games while still getting exercise.
