Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  Lymphedema can become deadly, cellulitis not treated properly can lead to sepsis and ultimately death.
What do you like about this subject?  I can't say I "like" the subject but I like to help others get the help they need to have a quality life.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  I hope to achieve a larger support group and have more power of advocacy. I would like to change insurance coverage and medicare provisions so all lymphedema patients have solid, equal coverage for lifetime.
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  Determination, patience and courage are the only things needed to improve any situation.
