Hi Dar, Check the listing. There may be an 60-90 day hold over clause in it. If so , you would have to wait until the listing expires and the hold over days? Maybe you can make a deal with your Real

You can do what ever you want after the listing has expired as long as they didn't come into the property before. There is a hold over period for 30-60 or 90 days only for Buyer's that were introduced
