What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field? I hope that people will be able to help themselves with information given on the connection between mood disorders and nutrition.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know: Mood disorders are not created in the mind, but result from a flaw in the metabolism of food into neurotransmitters.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject "Mental illness" does not exists, it is a sick body that creates a sick mind.
