It depends on what is wrong with it.    If the door lifts off you can take it to a local safe tech and have him look at it.     If it has a standard combination lock on it it can be repaired or replaced

2017-03-08 changing the combo for a Mosler X-07:

Look at the side of the drawer that has the combination lock.    There should be a lever that moves to extend the bolts or a hole to put a screwdriver in to depress the catch that holds the bolts back

2017-03-08 changing the combo for a Mosler X-07:

You have to have the lock bolts extended first.    Is this a file cabinet or a safe with a door?    Always change and test the combination with the safe open!    Dan

They used a couple of different locks in Baum safes.    One is easier to "dial" open than the other.    I would spend up to 45 minutes on it to see if there are any indications of number.    Then I would

2016-11-14 CAS HS200:

The dialing sequence should be either LRLR or RLRL as:    4 times left to the first number,  3 times right to the second number,  2 times left to the third number,  1 time right stopping on the fourth
