It depends on what is wrong with it.    If the door lifts off you can take it to a local safe tech and have him look at it.     If it has a standard combination lock on it it can be repaired or replaced

Look at the side of the drawer that has the combination lock.    There should be a lever that moves to extend the bolts or a hole to put a screwdriver in to depress the catch that holds the bolts back
