I can make recommendations based on previous books read. I will not answer homework questions along the lines of "What is the theme of this book?" or "How should I write my essay about the relationship between these two characters on structuralist terms?"
I have reviewed books for years, mostly at BookReporter.com, TeenReads.com, and KidsReads.com. I am doing graduate level work on this subject and also consider it a personal hobby.
Arizona Jewish Post, VOYA magazine, the Arizona Daily Star
I have a BA in creative writing with minors in music and Spanish. Currently I am at work on an MA in children's literature and an MS in library science.

Hello! You might like books by Alix Flinn, Carolyn Mackler, and Gayle Forman. If you like historical fiction or steampunk, you should try books by Philippa Gregory, Philip Pullman (the Sally Lockhart trilogy)
Hi, Ace! Sorry for the late reply. If you liked the Hunger Games, there are lots of dystopian trilogies and YA adventures you might enjoy. You could try The Maze Runner by James Dashner, The Vicious Deep
Hello, It would be helpful if you could give me more detail, like books you have previously enjoyed, how old you are, etc. Off the top of my head, though, for funny books you might try Meg Cabot, Rachel
I haven't heard of any of the authors you mentioned, but here are some suggestions. Hope they're helpful. -Silver Phoenix and Fury of the Phoenix by Cindy Pon -Chime by Franny Billingsley -My Mother
Hello! I can understand your frustration. I hate it when I get the same recommendation over and over again. Instead of specific books, I'm just going to list some authors you might want to check out. Most
