That's just the "nature" of FM. It's "line of site" which is why it drops out when you go under a bridge or past a big building etc. Anything that "gets in the way" between the receiver and the station's
Sorry don't know Mexicos rules. DJ don't have to follow FCC guidelines ONLY those of his employer. DJ can't get into trouble with the FCC - only the licensee of the station. Gary ps: I have
Good morning Sir: I can only speak of the US. There are no rules that you EVER must be live. We could actually voice track for weeks, however, we just make sure that the tracks are updated with info

There are many FCC rules broken everyday and most are only caught due to complaints from the public, etc. If that's what the rules say then that station is breaking the rules but as long as no one reports
