Owner of a small graphic design company, designs | reflect, in Arlington VA. I am available to answer questions related to programs within Adobe's Creative Suite 3 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) and have expertise in print design ranging from professional needs (i.e. logos, brochures, business cards, newsletters, resume, etc.) to personal needs (i.e. wedding invitations, announcements, etc.). In addition I can offer expertise on how to start an LLC company, tips on how to manage budgets for start-up companies, as well as knowledge related to information architecture for web design.

It would be a copyright violation if you have someone scan an image and use it as a background; as in theory the image you scanned is a design - even if it is on scrapbook paper. if your designing
