Expertise:  I can answer questions pertaining to Big Bend National Park (which rests at the Texas/Mexico border). Some examples might be tips, driving directions, camping help, policy explanations, backcountry roads, hiking trails, animal and plant life, family camping and much more. I have several resources I can consult for specific questions. Unfortunately, I cannot answer detailed questions on birdwatching in the park.

Experience in the area
I have gone camping at Big Bend National Park every year for over 15 years. I am familiar with the popular sights as well as many overlooked backcountry locations. While I started going as a child myself, I am now taking my own family. Whether it be hiking, driving, camping, visiting with toddlers (or children of other ages), places of interest outside of the park, or any other issue which would come up over the course of a normal visit to Big Bend, I have most likely experienced it.
