You will need to call Autodesk and get an answer from them. I have had this happen before and they should be able to walk you through the process. It may take some navigating through their phone system

I don't think you can convert STL to a CAD model file. STL format is supposed to be a big blob of triangles. I've tried Solidworks 2007 for importing and while it will bring in the STL file, I can't do
The only way know to do this is to write your own AutoLisp application. I don't know HOW to do it but I know it can be done. I am not an expert in AutoLISP. This website has the AutoLISP application
I think to do it in this fashion you would have to write a LISP. See the previous answer. I would look in van Doorn's material to see if he has the exact answer. Sorry I could not be more specific.
