Expert Profile: Angela

Expertise:  I can answer a lot of questions about cooking for your family, entertaining menus and family function recipes, menus, etc.(Unfortunately I am not very knowledgable about canning and preserving.)

Experience in the area
I have been cooking for my family for several years and catering family functions, I host all family holiday celebrations and I am a big fan of The Food TV network. If I have a dish outside chances are I can recreate it at home even without the recipe. I am knowledgable on the subject, however I do not claim to know everything. I will do my best to answer questions honestly and to the best of my ability.
