What do you like about this subject?

Whats not to like?

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

Achieve? Not really looking to achieve anything... just love the water and its life. I love the fact that after 30 years of studying and keeping aquariums, theres always something new to learn.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

The cleanest looking aquariums quite frequently are the least healthy systems with stressed unhappy inhabitants.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

Protein Skimmers are over priced and over rated.
