Can you wash Home Decor Fabrics? Only if you test! Cut a 12"square and serge the edges then wash it on hot and discover the results. Many fabrics can be washed but not always recommended. Testing will help you decide if the fabric should be dry cleaned or is washable.

Richie, I suggest that you by the bobbin for that model # of sewing machine. If you go to a singer store or call them they will be able to help. After you purchase the bobbins watch this little video

Pat, Seam all the lining together as one piece,same with fabric and lining then hem each piece. Lay seam over seam and pin in place at hemlines and top to prevent movement. Then sew your side hems
