Expertise:  Can answer a variety of questions from configuration to troubleshooting of all versions of Microsoft Office - Outlook, or Outlook Express/Microsoft Mail - basic or advanced. I have also supported Microsoft Exchange Server but am a little rusty there. I can also help you iron out antivirus/spyware/malware/adware problems. While I have not used Incredimail, Eudora, Netscape etc.. I have successfully helped people with these products. I have also supported Mac Mail although I do not know it as well.

Over 10 Years working full time in Computer/Network/Application support. 4 Years working for the cable company providing support for High Speed Internet/Video and Digital Telephone. 5 years managing remote windows networks. A very high percentage of the calls I have received have been regarding Email problems or connectivity issues. Also managed over 450 remote NT networks where we supported all aspects of email.
