I have also supported Microsoft Exchange Server but am a little rusty there. I can also help you iron out antivirus/spyware/malware/adware problems. While I have not used Incredimail, Eudora, Netscape etc.. I have successfully helped people with these products. I have also supported Mac Mail although I do not know it as well.
