I have been using computers since the 80s and have lots of Mac experience and Unix and Database customer support experience. I have a few websites of my own and am an adsense publisher. I have also used Commission Junction and sell pdf books online. I enjoy helping people that are finding it difficult to navigate the internet. There are no stupid questions, so ask away. I use Windows, Mac OS X and Solaris Operating Systems and Firefox, Safari and Explorer browsers. I love searching for information online and can usually compose a question that will find me what I am looking for. If you have a question, I am happy to help.

My preference is the Apple Mac but have used Microsoft computers as well. My work computers run Linux/Unix.
